In order to use the facilities of Mile Straight, a person must be an active member of the church (as defined by the church constitution and by-laws). The person submitting this reservation form is responsible for any damage or loss to equipment or facilities. Those using the facilities should do their best to ensure everything is properly left as it was found. When the proper person completes this form, the church secretary will enter the dates on the church calendar.
